Add sub-servers and role rules

In the Sub-Guilds tab, click „Add sub-guild" for every server that should receive synced roles. Pick the server from the list — that's it.

The optional „Anchor role" advanced setting is for roleplay / faction setups only — leave it off for normal sub-servers.

Create role rules

Switch to the Role rules tab → „Add rule":

1. Pick a main-server role (e.g. „Member")
2. Tick the sub-servers it should affect — name-matching automatically suggests a fitting sub-role per server, you can override per server
3. Click „Create N rules" — done in one click for any number of sub-servers

Once Dry-Run is off, the next role change on the main server propagates everywhere within 1–2 seconds.
