Use the log channel for transparency
A real-time feed of every sync event on a moderator-only channel.
Pick a log channel in Project settings → Log channel and you get a real-time feed of bot events — role added, role removed, drift detected, errors and more.
Keep it on a moderator-only channel; your team sees exactly what the bot is doing without needing dashboard access.
Every entry uses the same layout and colours, and bursts arrive as one message with a line per event — see Logging.
Get pinged when a human is needed
Set an Admin role in Project settings → Admins & permissions. When CloudMod hits something only a person can fix — for example a role that sits above CloudMod's role, or a missing permission — it pings that role in the log. At most once an hour, so the ping never turns into noise. The role must be mentionable (Server Settings → Roles → Allow anyone to @mention this role), or nobody gets notified.
Fine-tune it
Want more control? The Logging page lets you turn individual event categories on or off and send each one to its own channel — for example message logs to #message-log and moderation actions to #mod-log, while everything else stays on this default channel. Errors and problems CloudMod can't fix on its own are always posted.
