Is the bot offline? How can I check?
Quick check via the /status slash command, the member list or the public status page.
The fastest check: look at CloudMod in your server's member list. A green dot means the bot is connected.
If you have Manage Server (or CloudMod admin rights), run /status. It replies privately with gateway latency and the total number of projects and servers the bot runs.
If Discord answers "The application did not respond", the bot is down. If the command doesn't show up at all, check that CloudMod is on this server.
The bot is online but something doesn't work? As an admin, /checkperms shows which permissions it's missing on this server. Anyone can add a member — /checkperms @member — to see which of their roles carry elevated rights and whether CloudMod can change that member's roles.
You can also check the public status page at status.cloudmod.io — it monitors the API, website and database.
