Bot isn't reacting to my role changes

The three most common causes: hierarchy, missing invite, Dry-Run.

Three most common reasons:

  1. The bot role sits BELOW the sync role in Discord's hierarchy. Discord doesn't let a bot grant roles that are ranked higher than its own. Move the CloudMod role to the top, right under your owner/admin role — on every sub-server.
  2. The bot is not invited to the sub-server, or lacks „Manage Roles" there. Re-invite using the dashboard's invite link.
  3. You're in Dry-Run mode. Check the project overview — if status shows „Test mode", the bot logs everything but doesn't touch real roles. Switch to Live in settings or via the orange banner.
