Applications & form panels

Application forms via Discord modals, with review in the channel and in the dashboard.

Application forms let you collect structured applications right inside Discord and review them as a team.

Create a form

In the Applications tab → New form:

Name and description
up to 5 fields (Discord modal limit) — each with a label, type (short text / long text / number), required/optional, placeholder
a review channel where submissions land
optionally an auto-role on accept (granted on the main server and distributed via sync)

Members start with the slash command /apply — Discord opens a modal with your fields. After submitting:

the bot posts the application as an embed in the review channel with Accept/Reject buttons,
or you review it in the dashboard Applications tab (list, filter by status, approve/reject).

On accept the auto-role is granted, if configured.
