Branding
Put your own name, colour, logo and footer on the embeds the bot sends.
Every embed the bot posts — welcome messages, giveaways, ticket panels, go-live alerts — carries CloudMod's name, colour and footer by default. Branding replaces them with yours. To the people on your server, the bot stops looking like CloudMod and starts looking like you.
Network, and unlocked on request
Branding needs Network ($7.99/mo) or higher, and the subscription alone does not switch it on: it also needs to be unlocked for your network by hand.
That is deliberate. This is the one feature that removes CloudMod from your servers entirely, so the decision isn't a plan tier — it's a conversation. Ask for it and we'll enable it for your network.
What you can set
| Field | Shows up as |
|---|---|
| Name | the author name on embeds |
| Colour | the accent stripe down the left edge |
| Logo | the small icon next to the name |
| Footer | the line of small text at the bottom |
| Support link | where "need help?" points |
Empty means "fall through"
Leave a field empty and CloudMod's own value applies. Set only the colour and you keep CloudMod's footer — each field falls through on its own.
This is the opposite of Server profile, where an empty field means "don't touch". The two look alike and mean different things:
| Server profile | Branding | |
|---|---|---|
| Level | one Discord server | the whole network |
| Sets | nickname, avatar, banner | name, colour, logo, footer |
| Visible in | Discord's member list | the bot's embeds |
| Empty field | leave it alone | fall through to CloudMod |
The logo
Upload any PNG, JPEG or WebP. It's resized on upload — you don't have to shrink anything, and only the small result is stored.
Discord fetches the image itself, so it's served from a public link that can't be logged into. The link contains a random token, not your network's ID.
If it stops applying
Branding only takes effect while the plugin is enabled for your network. If the unlock is removed, embeds go back to CloudMod's look — your settings are not deleted. They start applying again the moment it's unlocked.
